Samvrutha getting married

Samvrutha Sunil, the graceful actress from Kannur who is known for the eclectic characters she has done in Malayalam movies is all set to tie the marital knot. She will marry Akhil, an engineer, who hails from Calicut. He is currently settled in U.S.A.

She announced the news of her marriage at the Asianet Film Awards in Dubai where she won the Janapriya tharam award for her notable performance in Manikya Kallu. Samvrutha, who debuted with Laljose's 'Rasikan' made it to the top, boldly taking roles as the heroine, supporting actress and even elderly roles. She had been casted opposite all the main stream actors in Malayalam. Her new releases includes Shyamaprasad's 'Arike' and Shaji Kailas's 'King and the Commissioner'.

She is to work with Lal Jose in Diamond Necklace opposite Fahad Fasil before her marriage.
