Vettai clashes with Nanban a remake of your cult classic 3 Idiots.
Do you regret not being a part of it?
(Laughs) I have a simple logic - Glad I did 3 Idiots, Glad I’m not a part of Nanban. When I did 3 Idiots I prepared myself for 2 years to do the role of a 21 year old student, which was not easy. When Shankar sir spoke to me about Nanban, I told him that at 41 it’s not easy for me to get my mind set of a student and he wanted to start the film as early as possible. I liked the Nanban trailer and I’m sure that it will live up to expectations. Today, I have no regrets and I will watch Nanban before I watch Vettai.
